a. A multi-board plan allows you to create up to 10 message boards within one account. You can log in to the administration area at any time and add or remove a board from your account.

q. I currently have two Boardhost (single board) accounts, how can I make them one Multi-Board account?

a. It is not currently possible to merge boards. If you want a Multi-Board account, you would need to choose one of the accounts to upgrade. Message boards created in Multi-Board accounts are structured much differently than invididual accounts. Existing single board accounts cannot simply be linked together to form a Multi-Board account.

q. I am on a single board plan now and want to uprade to a multi-board plan. Will I lose any settings or messages from my current board?

a. No, we have designed the upgrade process to be extremely simple. Your current board will not change at all. The URL will even be the same, and no messages will be lost. The upgrade is instant, and you can begin adding additional boards to your account right away!

q. Will I be able to customize each board individually?

a. No, we have made things very simple and all settings and appearances between your boards will be indentical. For instance, if you put up a background image, that background images will be used on all of your boards.

q. How will my vistors navigate from one board to the other?

a. You have the option of a drop down menu being placed at the top of your board with titles for all your boards, or tabs being placed at the top of your board; or both; or none (in case you wanted to place your own links).

q. What if I don't end up liking multiple boards and want to go back to just one?

a. This is not a problem. You can switch back to just one board at any time, but you will need to delete all of the additional boards on your account. The board you go back to must be the "main board", you cannot choose to go back to one of the added boards.

q. Will my co-administrators have access to the other boards in my account?

a. Yes! In fact, you can even choose which message boards you want a particular co-administrator to have access to.

q. Can I install password protection on one board but not on the others?

a. No, your password protection settings, like the settings and appearance options apply to all message boards. At this time your password protection settings apply to all boards in your account.

q. If someone posts a message on one of my boards but I think it is better suited on a different one, will I have any way of moving the message?

a. Yes! There is a "Move a Thread" option in the administration area that makes this very simple. You can move an entire thread from your board from one board to the other at any time.

q. Can I share some of my boards with another website?

a. This is not what this feature is intended for, as all boards in your account will use the same appearance and settings and are actually linked together. But we're not going to tell you that you can't!

q. Can I get a discount for having multiple Boardhost accounts?

a. No, the only way to create multiple boards at a discount is to purchase a multi-board plan.
